All sweet pouches will be heat sealed in reuseable pouches so please make sure you cut above the reuseable seal so you can reseal the bag.

Ingrediance for each sweet in the mix is listed so please read carefuly and have added dietray specific options in the main menu to make it easier for you to find the right product for you.

With every 2kg mix we will donate £2 to Great Ormond Street Hospital and will continue to find ways to support children in need.

Please allow up to 2 days for your sweets to be packed and then sent out to you with tracking with a 2/4 working day's delivery time with delays as normal during bank holiday's or any weather conditions meaning drivers will be delayed for safety reasons.

We will do our best to have your sweets sent out quicker when possible so you can enjoy them ASAP.

Make sure you complete your delivery information correctly as it's your responsiblity. if it's wrong and the items have already left us we will not refund the order unfortunately.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays by the courier and will not be held responsible for any damaged items once they leave us.

Each order will be picked,packed and inspected by myself before sending out.

If anything is damaged please contact us first with evidance so it can be investigated which can take 10 days.

Any approved returns the postage is covered by the customer not us , again kindly contact us first to resove any quries and will do our best to make things right.
